The Carroll Symphony Orchestra has an outreach program that reaches 52 schools impacting 24,000 students. The outreach program consists of the Carrollton Wind Ensemble, Music Academy, and the Carrollton Jazz Orchestra. The Carroll Symphony Orchestra has a 3-partThe Georgia Lottery funds the Georgia Pre-K program, but not musical instruction believing that children under the age of 5 cannot comprehend music. For the past 5 years, the Bains have funded and sponsored the Carrollton Pre-K music program of about 200 4-year old students. Each Friday, Music Director, Terry Lowry provides exceptional musical instruction to the eager Pre-K students of Carrollton Elementary School.
